Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our luxury standards and ensure customer safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bath & Body products (opened or used)
- Bath & Shower Gel (opened or used)
- Body Moisturiser (opened or used)
- Body Oils (opened or used)
- Body Scrub and Exfoliator (opened or used)
- Cleansers (opened or used)
- Face Masks (opened or used)
- Face Toner (opened or used)
- Fake Tan products (opened or used)
- Bodycare Tools (for hygiene reasons)
- Curling Wand (for safety reasons)
- Any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering
For hygiene reasons, we can only exchange unopened makeup products including BB Cream, Blusher, Bronzer, Concealer, Eyebrow Makeup, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow, and Foundation.
Return Process

Our Manchester-based customer care team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.
Securely package the items you’re returning in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process to your PayPal account
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items within the 15-day return window for products of equal value. If the exchanged item costs more, you will be charged the difference. For items costing less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
